1. The pH of drinking water is not suitable.

Daily drinking water contains various ions and trace elements, and the acidity and alkalinity of water are determined by these ions and trace elements. The pH value is the standard for testing the pH value. When the pH value of the water is less than 7, it is Acidic water, alkaline water if the PH is greater than 7. Purified water is generally weakly acidic. Long-term drinking of weakly acidic water will cause the body to lack various mineral ions. Weakly alkaline water can not only replenish essential minerals for the body, but also break down big fish and meat, promote digestion and attraction. Therefore, it is recommended that friends who drink purified water from the water purifier for a long time, please supplement minerals in other ways.

 2. The hardness of the water is not suitable

The hardness of water is determined by the metal ions of the water, such as calcium, magnesium, etc. Water with higher metal ions is hard water, and water without metal ions is softer. So soft water or hard water is better? The water hardness is too high or It is not good if it is too low. Drinking high-hardness water often can easily cause kidney stones. Drinking soft water often requires calcium and magnesium to be added to the body. Usually the most suitable drinking water has a hardness of 8-18 degrees (10 mg of metal ions per liter of water is 1 degree), which is light hardness water.

3. The temperature of the water is not suitable

This is especially prominent in summer, because the weather is hot and everyone likes to drink ice water. In fact, ice water has a very strong stimulating effect on the stomach and intestines. Water that is too hot is also not suitable for drinking. The most suitable water for us to drink is warm water, and the absorption of warm water by the stomach is twice that of ice water.
