[Abstract]:
The water quality requirements of the produced water are based on the water used by the National Laboratory of China (GB6682-2000). In addition, it is also based on whether the experiment has specific requirements for TOC, bacteria, heat sources, microparticles, etc., that is to say, what is it used for? Experiment or with which instruments and equipment are used, such as atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), microbial analysis, general chemistry, cell culture, biochemical analysis, etc., to clarify these will completely determine the specifications and models of the products. Mastering the above points, it is easy to choose an ultrapure water machine.

1. Clarify the source of influent water:

Whether to use city tap water as the water source or pure water (deionized water, distilled water) as the water source. If the quality of municipal tap water is poor (when TDS ≥ 300, add enhanced pretreatment, such as softener, KDF, etc.).

2. Know the water consumption:

User water consumption should be considered from the following aspects:

1. The water intake method, that is, whether it is continuous or intermittent water intake during the working period, and whether there are special requirements for the water outlet pressure, water storage bucket, hose, etc.;

2. The peak water consumption, that is, the duration of the peak water intake and the water consumption requirements, determine the specifications and configuration of the machine;

3. Daily water consumption is divided into pure water and ultra-pure water to further determine the specifications of the required products.

4. Product water quality:

The water quality requirements of the produced water are based on the water used by the National Laboratory of China (GB6682-2000). In addition, it is also based on whether the experiment has specific requirements for TOC, bacteria, heat sources, microparticles, etc., that is to say, what is it used for?
